THIS CLOSE TO REVOLUTION

Subject: Re: NUCLEAR OPTION
Good morning Steve,

As I have already said, I understand and appreciate your frustration. If I thought there was something that could be done that would have an impact and make a real difference, I’d be right there with you. But the last thing I want to do is to throw away my life on a futile gesture that does nothing to change things. I am also convinced that Obama will use any such effort of force as an excuse to declare Martial Law. And, once he’s done that, what will stop him from postponing the elections and assuming, “for The People’s Good”, His Rightful Position of King or Dictator. I expect him to do this anyway, at some point, but to be the instigator of it I would need a lot more confidence in success than I currently can muster.

At this time, I am of the opinion that the best path forward is to convince the State Legislatures that they can, indeed, regain their rightful position of power, relative to the Federal Government. It wont be an easy slog because the State Legislatures have long since caved to the bullies in Washington. Most State Legislators who are currently in office have never even thought about the potential power that they possess. The first thing that needs to be done is to make them realize that they do have the power and that, hence, they can start turning-the-tide that is pushing us toward our demise. It will take some time for the State Legislators to get comfortable with this idea and with the prospect of using their power. It’s not going to be easy or fast. Not in my lifetime, for sure, but it’s the path that was laid out in the Constitution by The Framers for this very situation, this moment in history. How beautiful, to use The Constitution to save The Constitution!

If the December 7th meeting is reasonably successful, it will lead to more such meetings. These meetings will raise awareness of, and confidence in, the process. The vary fact that they are happening will be a shot across the Fed’s bow. All good!  And, though I may be getting over confident, here, I think the State Legislatures just may come alive with a new and profound energy once they realize that they have this power. Let us hope that they will, then, assume this new/old role of theirs. Hey, I can hope, can’t I?

So, in a word........ PLEASE, let’s do everything we can to help make the first meeting, on December 7th, a success.

Be of Good Cheer,

Dick

Dick,

I think we are past the point of no return as the Judiciary can now legislate with little to no push back from the Legislative Branch.  I have purchased Levin's book.  My representative is Beau McCoy, 39th District.  I contacted him regarding 2nd Amendment concerns and his response indicated a very high regard for conservative and constitutional issues.  However, I believe that ALL politicians are in it for personal gain so I don't really trust any of them.

I am collecting precious metals...............gold, silver and lead.  I continue to educate my kids and grand kids but if I make enough I am out of this country.

Steve

Steve,

I understand and appreciate your frustration but I think we need to direct all that energy to making sure as many states as possible are in attendance at the meeting on December 7th in Mount Vernon, VA. I think Mark Levin has found the way to get our country back and this meeting is the first big step in the process. And the beauty is, the path is right there in the Constitution. We use the Constitution to save the Constitution.

Please join in the effort to make sure as many of the State Legislatures as possible are in attendance at that meeting.

Dick

Dick,

The unraveling continues!  I am convinced that this is no longer Dems Vs Reps nor Libs Vs Cons........it is Government Vs the People.  I believe an armed insurection and takeover by the PEOPLE hopefully with the aid of the MILITARY is our ONLY remedy.

Steve
