Dear Fellow Citizens

Dear Fellow Citizens,

Yes, “These are the times that try men’s souls”.  But, instead of just complaining about Washington, it is within our power to do something about the mess that IS the Federal Government. As history has proven, time and again, the course we are now on will lead to our serfdom. if we speak up now, however, it is still within our power to alter the course.  On December 7th there will be a meeting at George Washington’s home in Mount Vernon, VA. The purpose of the meeting is to set us on a new course, one that will lead not to our serfdom but to Freedom. We must do everything possible to insure that this meeting is a success! 

I urge you to contact your State Legislators today and ask (nay, insist) that they make sure your State is represented at this Mount Vernon meeting. The Founding Fathers provided us, through the State Legislatures, with the power to change the situation we are in. And where does this POWER come from? It comes from the very source and insurer of our freedoms, THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. *   

I fear that, like too many of We The People, many of our State Legislators may have grown comfortable with being dependent on the Federal Government. If this is true, they will shudder at the prospect of having to stand up and be Real Leaders, again.  That is why We The People must speak up, NOW!  We must awaken our state Legislators and urge them to recapture their rightful position of power. As our representatives, it is not only their responsibility but their great opportunity to grasp this moment in history.
